Industry veterans Alex Fayn and Eugene Likhovid founded S-NET Communications in 2006. Having served in senior IT positions for corporations such as Pepsi and McDonald’s, they grew increasingly frustrated with the little-to-no support telecommunications giants were providing, treating clients as mere numbers on a spreadsheet. They decided to start S-NET Communications to offer clients large and small not only the cutting-edge technologies they need to grow and thrive, but also the exceptional customer support that ensures they use technology successfully. This continues to be S-NET’s fundamental mission today.

Alex Fayn founded S-NET Communications in 2006 with the mission to provide companies large and small with quality customer service and cutting-edge cloud communication solutions that meet the needs of a rapidly changing business environment. Under his leadership, S-NET has grown from its early days as a VoIP pioneer to the leading cloud service provider it is today. A tech-savvy problem solver by nature, Fayn is responsible for the long-term strategic vision for S-NET and is directly involved in product innovation, finance, sales, marketing and strategic customer management. He enjoys spending his free time with his three sons, as well as skiing, fishing, camping or at the gym.
Co-Founder and CTO Eugene Likhovid spearheads S-NET's long-term technology vision. With vast experience in network engineering and architecture for Fortune 500 companies, he is responsible for the evolution of S-NET's core infrastructure and cloud technology solutions. He oversees the implementation of system integrations, best practices and KPIs to streamline internal operations and support the development of the company’s cloud communications offering. Likhovid finds customer satisfaction, the introduction of new technologies, and his team’s success the main motivators behind his efforts. After hours, he enjoys spending active time outdoors with his family, including camping, fishing and skiing.
Edward Kaminski joined S-NET in 2015 and is responsible for aligning financial and business metrics to support the company's business strategy and growth. With 35+ years of experience in accounting and financial planning, he spearheads the overall financial management and direction for S-NET, including daily accounting operations, strategic planning, budgeting, banking and payroll. Under his leadership, S-NET has streamlined its HR and operations, and has developed a new pricing structure, resulting in exponential growth. Kaminski deeply enjoys working with S-NET's motivated and engaged team, and strives to spend as much of his free time as possible with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Jim Cronin brings 30+ years of experience in telecommunications to S-NET and spearheads the company's project and operations management. Serving in a leadership position since 2009, he oversees a team of project managers and engineers, coordinates the onboarding and installation of new clients, manages vendor relationships, works closely with Accounting to ensure accurate billing, and acts as a primary source of escalation to resolve issues. Deeply motivated by client satisfaction, Cronin streamlines the customer onboarding process, ensuring quality implementation of S-NET’s cloud-based solutions. He enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and watching baseball or hockey.
A part of S-NET's team since 2013, Levi Ilyes is responsible for building, managing and operating the company’s enterprise cloud network and data centers, evaluating and integrating new technologies into S-NET’s service offerings, as well as designing and deploying custom network solutions for customers. A perfectionist by nature, he is motivated by innovations in the field, delivering the best possible service to S-NET’s customers and ensuring they are in capable and reliable hands when they are facing a problem. With most of his work performed sitting in front of a computer, he enjoys finding balance in an active lifestyle with sports ranging from running, biking and swimming to weight lifting and playing basketball.
With 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, George Gazdacka joined S-NET in 2016 and serves as a main point of contact for customers for billing, account, technical or product offering related questions. Driven by client success, he keeps S-NET’s customers informed, helps them solve business challenges with technology and provides guidance on making the most of their cloud-based solutions. Gazdacka thrives under new challenges and enjoys finding innovative solutions to support clients in reaching their business objectives. In his free time, he likes playing and coaching a variety of sports including baseball, softball and basketball, and manages the computer network of his local church.
With 20+ years of experience in telecommunications and IT, Mike Hensgen joined S-NET in 2017. He is responsible for growing the company’s sales channels and developing new markets. Hensgen oversees the Sales Team, nurtures the company’s partner relationships, and is in charge of developing and implementing new growth strategies. Hensgen deeply enjoys learning about different businesses, discussing their unique challenges and providing technology solutions to meet their evolving needs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing with his dog, Coco.
With a wide range of experience in marketing communications, Ildiko Balogh joined S-NET in 2017 to manage the service provider’s marketing and lead generation efforts and advance awareness and adoption of S-NET’s leading cloud communications solutions. Responsible for strategy, PR, digital marketing, content creation, collateral development, vendor relations as well as client and partner communications, she ensures that the S-NET story is told through a wide variety of channels. In her free time, Ildiko enjoys dancing, hiking, rollerblading and biking, as well as exploring the world through travel whenever possible.
