S-NET is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our organization. Become part of an emerging growth company that offers an uncapped commission structure, a dynamic sales culture and a positive and rewarding work-life. With no assigned territories or limits on earning potential, income opportunities are virtually endless. The technology industry is constantly changing, and S-NET is changing with it. Responsibilities:
  • Create and drive an appropriate proactive sales strategy
  • Consistently exceed quarterly & annual sales targets – no Whale Hunting
  • Act as the client’s first point of contact, proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Deploy lead-generation strategies to generate new deals- cold-calling, social media (esp. LinkedIn) & other types
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offering
  • Partner with regional VOIP Partners to effectively identify, and acquire new customers
  • Leverage CRM to manage all sales activities and maintain sales forecast and pipeline developments
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years solution-based selling (Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony)
  • Demonstrated track-record of obtaining / exceeding quota beyond $1 million per year in LTV
  • Skilled in qualifying, presentations, product demos, proposal development and forecasting
  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements
  • Strong ability to motivate and influence decision makers in competitive situations
  • Energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
  • A competitive nature and hates to lose
  • Optimistic, resilient, with a strong ability to persevere
  • Entrepreneurial: high energy, reward and wants to be part of a growth story
