What You’ll Do
As a Strategic Channel Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind S-NET’s channel growth. You’ll work closely with top-tier partners—from TSDs and Master Agents to Resellers and MSPs—to activate, enable, and grow revenue through real relationships and real results.
- 🔍 Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel partners who are hungry to grow.
- 🎯 Drive partner engagement and pipeline development to meet and exceed quota.
- 🤝 Build trust with TSDs, sub-agents, and MSPs by providing genuine support and value.
- 🧠 Educate and empower partners with product knowledge, enablement tools, and co-selling strategies.
- 📊 Track opportunities, report forecasts, and maintain visibility into partner funnels.
- 📅 Join partner calls, host meetings, and help close high-impact deals.
- 🚨 Coordinate trainings, and campaigns to drive momentum.
- 💡 Be a solutions advisor—help partners win with S-NET’s fully integrated stack: UCaaS, CCaaS with AI, SD-WAN, SASE, Firewall, and Managed IT.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just good at what they do—but great at building lasting relationships and turning opportunity into revenue.
- ✅ 5+ years of proven channel sales experience in UCaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, CCaaS, or Managed Services
- ✅ Existing success in your current role—this is for proven performers
- ✅ Strong connections in the channel (a Rolodex you can count on)
- ✅ Experience working with TSDs, Master Agents, and MSPs
- ✅ A growth mindset, competitive spirit, and a natural drive to win
- ✅ Great communicator, self-starter, and someone who genuinely cares about helping partners grow
