Position Summary 

S-NET is seeking an experienced Integration Developer with a focus on API development and cross platform connectivity. A qualified candidate for this role will have experience utilizing the Zoho Platform, will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for API integrations, as well as generate regular reports on integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. The Integration Developer will work closely with internal teams, including Product Development, business analysts, and system administrators, to ensure cohesive integration solutions and collaborate with third-party vendors, supporting external partners in integrating with our systems. The individual in this role will report to the Systems Integration and Product Development Manager. 

Key Responsibilities 

API Integration Development 

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality API integrations between different platforms, with a particular emphasis on connectivity between Zoho and Rev.io. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. 
• Develop and support API Integrations with third party platforms for several S-NET products, including our Voice and Contact Center solutions. 

Platform Connectivity 

• Support and enhance existing API connections, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow and integration points between systems. 
• Develop and support CRM/SaaS Integrations for Asterisk based telecommunication platforms. 

Zoho Development 

• Utilize Zoho Deluge scripting language to create custom functions and automate business processes within Zoho applications. 
• Develop and maintain Apps/Solutions using Zoho Creator, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Migrate legacy and homegrown applications and workloads to the Zoho Platform. 
• Extend the capabilities of the Zoho Platform by leveraging Custom Functions, Analytics, API Triggers, to solve business challenges. 

Documentation and Reporting 

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for API integrations, including specifications, process flows, and troubleshooting guides. 
• Generate regular reports on integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 

Collaboration 

• Work closely with internal teams, including software developers, business analysts, and system administrators, to ensure cohesive integration solutions. 
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and support external partners in integrating with our systems. 

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 2 years minimum experience as an Integration Developer, with a focus on API development and cross platform connectivity. 
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting language and Zoho Creator. 
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API security protocols. 
• Strong understanding of Javascript, JSON, XML, C#. 
• Experience with platforms such as Zoho, Rev.io, SharePoint, MySQL, is highly desirable. 
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. 
• Familiarity with Asterisk based telecommunications platforms, is highly desirable. 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
